How it works

Four steps. We walk you through each one.

1

Check your state

Make sure your program is in the list above.

2

Email us

Send us your name, your child's first and last name, and your state. We'll send you an invoice for the Annual Plan.

3

Submit payment

Submit the invoice through your program's portal. Your program reviews it, usually in 2 to 10 business days.

4

Your child starts

Once your program's funds reach us, we email you a link and a code that covers your full year. Click it and your child is in.

What your funds cover

The full Kids Cartoon Academy membership. Same classes, same community, same teachers.

ESA questions

Will I pay anything out of pocket?

Not if your ESA balance covers the $490 Annual Plan. Your program pays us directly.

How long until my child can start?

Your program reviews the payment first, usually in 2 to 10 business days, then sends the funds to us. We email your enrollment link as soon as they arrive.

My program needs an invoice or receipt. Can you send one?

Yes. Your invoice comes with your child's first and last name on it, ready to submit.

I already paid. Can I get reimbursed?

In Florida, yes. Step Up families can submit a receipt for reimbursement. For other states, check your program's rules.

Do I need a separate membership for siblings?

No, a membership is good for the whole family. A single membership includes one login, so siblings share the same progress and badges. If you'd like each child to have their own login and track their own progress, we offer 30% off a second membership.

What happens when the year is up?

Email us before your year ends if you'd like to renew with ESA funds, and we'll set you up again. If we don't hear from you, your access ends at the one-year mark.

My state isn't listed. What now?

Email us your state and program name. We're working on more approvals and we'll let you know where yours stands.
