This Policy also covers how personal and other information that we receive or collect about you is treated. Please read the information below to learn the following regarding your use of our Platform.

We strive to educate parents and kids about how to appropriately safeguard their privacy when using our Services. We are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”), which requires us to inform parents and legal guardians about our information collection and use practices. COPPA also requires that we obtain parental consent before we allow children under the age of 13 to access and/or use our Offerings. We urge kids to check with their parents before entering information through our Platform and Offerings, and we recommend that parents discuss with their kids restrictions regarding the online release of Personally Identifiable Information to anyone they don’t know.

You acknowledge that this Privacy Policy is designed to be read in connection with our [Terms of Use](https://www.kidscartoonacademy.com/terms-and-conditions), and that by accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by the Platform’s [Terms of Use](https://www.kidscartoonacademy.com/terms-and-conditions), as well as this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our Platform, and by updating any privacy information on this page. Your continued use of the Platform and/or Offerings available through this Platform after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Policy and your agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy. If you have any questions about this Policy, please feel free to contact us.

  1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information from you or your child unless you voluntarily provide it to us.

When you and your child sign up to become users of our Platform (“Users”), you will be asked to provide us with certain personal information, such as your child’s name and your first name, last name, and email address. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to this information as “Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII” which refers to information that lets us know the specifics of who you are. When you engage in certain activities on our Platform, such as registering for an account, downloading or purchasing a product or service, submitting content and/or posting content in the user forums, or sending us feedback, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself.

Other than your child’s name and the online contact information we require to obtain parental consent, we do not collect any PII from Users under the age of 13 unless the User’s parent or legal guardian has first provided us with consent for that User to use the Services and disclose PII to us. If you are a User under the age of 13, please do not send any PII to us if we have not obtained prior consent from your parent or guardian. If we learn we have collected PII from a User under the age of 13 without parental consent, or if we learn a User under the age of 13 has provided us PII beyond what we request from him or her, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a User under the age of 13 may have provided us PII in violation of this Privacy Policy, please contact us at [email protected].

We take steps to verify the identity of anyone requesting information about a child and to ensure that the person is in fact the child’s parent or legal guardian.
